Building on more than a decade of own research and a wealth of expertise in the area of multiplex immunoassays, we design, establish and validate miniaturized assays for a multitude of applications such as PK/PD studies, drug-induced organ injury, pathogen infections and protein-protein interactions.

We offer

  • Luminex bead-based assays for plasma proteins (>50 analytes) and/or cell signalling proteins: we can measure every analyte/assay that is commercially available from the various licenced kit vendors (in case of doubt check the xMAP® kit finder)

  • Performance of protein profiling studies using Luminex panels (e.g. cytokines, chemokines)

  • For protein analytes where no assay is available so far: development and validation of novel Luminex assays according to CLSI and FDA guidelines

  • Luminex-based serological assays
